1. Remove denture every night before bedtime
2. Brush denture with toothbrush or denture brush inside and out
3. Brush teeth and floss teeth
4. Soak denture with denture soaking tablet overnight (ie. Polident)
5. Always insert denture with hands. DO NOT BITE ONTO YOUR DENTURE
